Two credentials, because the API has two kinds of caller. Your login is a person (reports, SRC decisions, unblinding). The FICS secret is a machine — the EDC. Randomisation and dispensing are machine-only by design, so this page acts as the EDC when you use those buttons.

List versions

Load a randomisation list

Upload the list produced by the randomisation software as CSV (one allocation per row). Columns are matched by header: sequence, arm (or group / treatment), and optionally block and block size. Arm values must match this study's groups (for example A, B). The list is stored as a draft; approving and activating are separate steps, each audited.

A group stops accepting subjects at its sentinel size until the Safety Review Committee records a release. Separately, sentinel subjects must be staggered by the protocol interval.

Emergency unblinding

An open-label study refuses every request with UNBLINDING_NOT_APPLICABLE. Every unblinding is recorded in the audit trail with its reason.
